概要 The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of the intervention on urinary sodium to potassium (Na/K) ratio, food intake, eating attitudes and behaviors. Using a pre-post design, the intervention included nudge tactics, healthier options, easy-to-pick food placement, and eye-catching information. Price incentives were also used. A total of 140 participants (52 men and 88 women) were analyzed. A food environment intervention using nudge tactics can improve employees' food intake and reduce Na/K.
