概要 Japans Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) created an Excel tool called the Simple Simulator. It helps local officials check if disaster food stockpiles are healthy. A study on this tool's usage shows mixed results. Many dietitians want to use the simulator, but they struggle to get disaster officers to understand its value.
