| 概要 | This study provides a comprehensive assessment of Japan's food system using the EAT-Lancet benchmark, integrating dietary intake, supply, self-sufficiency, and environmental impacts. It reveals structural imbalances, including insufficient plant-based food consumption and oversupply of red meat. While shifting toward the EHRD reduces environmental footprints, it may also shift burdens abroad due to import dependence, highlighting trade-offs in sustainability transitions. |
